When You Need Help NOWWe realize that medical problems don't follow a set time schedule, so we provide around-the-clock emergency care and phone consultation services. You can call 9011 at any hour of the day or night. A physician will be standing by to provide free telephone consultation. Although our physicians cannot make a diagnosis or prescribe treatment over the phone, they can offer health information and decision support. If necessary, we can send a fully-equipped, physician-staffed ambulance to your home to evaluate the situation, provide immediate treatment and, if appropriate, transport you to a specialist or hospital. House CallsWhen you prefer to be treated at home, we'll send an English-speaking physician to your house for diagnosis and treatment. Home services include visits by a general practitioner or internist (known locally as a therapist), specialists such as (name most common), manual therapist and a variety of laboratory tests and diagnostic services including x-rays. Our physicians will advise you how to obtain any additional services, supplies or pharmaceuticals you may need. |
